Ms. Erin F.

Hello, my name is Ms. Erin.  I have been working at Little Dumplings Early Learning Center since August 2007.  I have been married to my husband Josh since 2005 and together we have 4 children; Mackenzie  and Haylee, Mya and Dakota. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four daughters as well as attending sporting events.

Prior to joining Little Dumplings Early Learning Center, I worked for over two years at Children’s World in Waukesha (now known as KinderCare).  I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Exercise Leadership.  After graduating with my BS degree, I developed a strong interest in working with children which is when I decided to return to school and pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education.  Shortly thereafter, I completed my degree in Child Day Care Management from Stratford along with an Associate Degree in Child Development from Cardean University.  I have completed and fulfilled all of the required courses for early childhood educators for the State of Wisconsin.  Most recently, I, along with all Little Dumplings staff attended the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS) course in Madison.  The WMELS encompass guiding principles, developmental expectations, and performance and program standards for the delivery of quality education and care to young children.

I look forward to continue working at Little Dumplings Early Learning Center for many years to come!  I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your children and provide each child with a quality, education enriched environment for learning.
